These working terms support end-to-end product testing. CarPlug Ghana must approve the legal entity details, effective date, prices, and final wording before production launch.
Vehicle Health and Zeus
Zeus is available without an account. By using it, you request web-assisted guidance and agree that your question, relevant public catalogue options, and—only when signed in—limited selected-vehicle context may be processed by the configured AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Eligible non-personal general answers may be reused from a time-limited, validated response cache; account, booking, compatibility, symptom, warning-light, and safety answers are never automatically learned from previous chats. Sharing a redacted chat sample for Zeus improvement is separate, optional, and off by default. Samples must be reviewed before use and are not automatically treated as correct training material. Scores and Zeus responses guide maintenance planning; they are not a mechanical diagnosis or a guarantee that a vehicle is safe. Urgent concerns require a qualified inspection.
Bookings
A request is not confirmed until the workshop accepts it or you accept a proposed time. Workshop findings, parts, final scope, and price are confirmed through the service workflow.
Membership
Car Care Plus costs GHS 899 per year for private vehicle owners. Drive Plus costs GHS 799 per year for ride-hailing, taxi and commercial drivers. Membership activates after confirmed payment, runs for twelve months, and applies only to one registered vehicle and number plate. Eligible discounts, exclusions and non-combination rules are shown on the Membership page.
Parts and compatibility
Confirmed compatibility is shown only from authoritative application data. Universal products are labelled separately. Items needing verification remain clearly marked on the order and CarPlug confirms compatibility before fulfilment.
Payments and fulfilment
An order remains pending until the payment provider confirms it through the signed webhook. Inventory changes only after successful confirmation. See the draft delivery and returns policy.
