These working terms support end-to-end product testing. CarPlug Ghana must approve the legal entity details, effective date, prices, and final wording before production launch.
By using CPG Auto AI, you request web-assisted guidance and agree that your question and limited vehicle context may be processed by the configured AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. Scores and AI responses guide maintenance planning; they are not a mechanical diagnosis or a guarantee that a vehicle is safe. Urgent concerns require a qualified inspection.
A request is not confirmed until the workshop accepts it or you accept a proposed time. Workshop findings, parts, final scope, and price are confirmed through the service workflow.
CPG Care+ and CPG Drive+ activate only after confirmed payment and run for twelve months. Current demo prices are GHS 799 and GHS 1,199 per year respectively; these placeholders are not a launch offer.
Confirmed fitment is shown only from authoritative application data. Universal products are labelled separately. Items needing verification remain clearly marked on the order and CarPlug confirms compatibility before fulfilment.
An order remains pending until the payment provider confirms it through the signed webhook. Inventory changes only after successful confirmation. See the draft delivery and returns policy.
