Delivery, pickup, cancellations, and returns.

This working policy lets the product flow be tested. Timelines, fees, address, and legal wording require CarPlug Ghana approval before launch.

Pickup

Workshop pickup is free. We notify you when every item is ready. Bring the order reference and the phone used at checkout.

Delivery

The demo delivery fee is GHS 45 within supported Accra areas. Coverage and timing are confirmed before dispatch; an order is not left unattended without customer approval.

Cancellations

A pending order may be cancelled before payment. For a paid order, contact support promptly; cancellation depends on whether picking, special ordering, or dispatch has started.

Returns

Unused, unopened standard-stock items may be requested for return within 7 calendar days of collection or delivery. Proof of purchase is required. Installed, used, electrical, fluid, special-order, and safety-critical parts are reviewed individually and may not be returnable unless defective.

Wrong or damaged item

Do not install a visibly damaged or incorrect item. Photograph the item, packaging, and label, then contact support within 48 hours so CarPlug can review replacement or refund options.

Start a request through customer support. Refunds return through the approved payment method after inspection.
