Request deletion of your CarPlug account.

You can start permanent account deletion inside the CarPlug Ghana app. If you cannot access the app, use the public request path below.

Delete from the app

  1. Sign in to CarPlug Ghana.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Select Delete my account, then confirm permanent account deletion.

The app signs you out after the server accepts the request.

Request deletion without the app

Email CarPlug Ghana support from the address or phone identity connected to your account. Include your full name and registered mobile number so the team can verify the request. Never include an OTP, password, card number, or Mobile Money PIN.

What is deleted or retained

Active access and vehicle ownership are deactivated, sessions and notification devices are revoked, notification consent is disabled, and direct profile identifiers are pseudonymised. Workshop, payment, membership, order, safety, fraud-prevention, dispute, and accounting records may be retained where legally or operationally required.
